Product details, ratings and specifications on this site are general information, based on manufacturer materials at the time of writing. Manufacturers update their products and warranties, so we confirm current details with you during your estimate.
Estimates and contracts
Requesting an estimate does not create a contract. Pricing, scope and warranty terms for your project are set only in a written proposal and a signed construction agreement.
Photos and illustrations
Project photos are of real Timber Peak work, shared with our clients' permission and without names or addresses. Some images on this site are illustrations, including the banner scenes and the wood-versus-fiber-cement comparison. Those are labeled or used as atmosphere and are not presented as completed projects.
