I've spent more than 25 years in residential and commercial construction, starting in California and now here in Central Oregon.
Timber Peak does two things: siding systems and decks. We treat both as systems that have to shed water, move with the seasons and hold up to the high desert, and we install them to the manufacturer's published spec so the warranty holds.
I run every job myself, from the first site walk and the proposal through the final walkthrough. It's a family business, and my sons work on the crew. We take on fewer projects so each one gets that attention.

What you can expect
Built to spec
Flashing, fastening, clearances, joist spacing and ventilation, done the way the manufacturer wrote it.
Kept in the loop
Photo updates during the build and a schedule you can plan around, including for second-home owners who aren't on site.
On site
A clean, organized job site
A shaded cutting station, materials staged off the ground, and the site cleaned up at the end of each day.
