Privacy policy

Timber Peak Construction LLC ("Timber Peak," "we") is a siding and deck contractor based in Bend, Oregon. This policy explains what information this website collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• What you send us. When you use the estimate form we receive your first name, phone number, project type, timing and any notes you write. When you call, text or email, we receive your contact details and what you tell us.
• Basic technical data. Our website host, Cloudflare, processes standard request data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Fonts load from Google Fonts and a small script loads from jsDelivr, so those services also see your IP address when the page loads.

Advertising and analytics

This website uses the Google tag for Google Ads and Google Analytics. It sets cookies that show us which ads and pages lead to estimate requests, and how visitors use the site. Google receives your IP address, the pages you visit and how you arrived. The tag does not receive what you type into the estimate form.

You can turn off personalized ads at adssettings.google.com and opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Google explains how it uses this information at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

We do not take payments on this website.

How we use it

• To respond to your request, schedule a site walk and prepare a proposal.
• To keep records of estimates and projects.
• To protect the website and our business from spam and fraud.

Calls and texts

When you give us your phone number, we use it to call or text you about your project. We do not send marketing texts. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text from us and we will stop texting you.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, and only for that purpose:

• Google Workspace, for email and our lead records
• Google Ads and Google Analytics, to measure our advertising and website use
• Quo, our business phone and text messaging service
• Cloudflare, which hosts this website

We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your information as long as we need it to respond to you, complete your project, and meet our record-keeping and warranty obligations.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you the information we have about you, correct it, or delete it. Email info@timberpeakconstruction.com or call or text 541-639-8595.
